I suffer from Haemophilia B (Christmas disease), which is rarer than Haemophilia A. I had my first injection of factor IX when i was 12 days old. I have injections twice weekly, also when a injection is required, for example from a bleed, or from a bruise (spontaneous or not). Before I was having this prophylaxis, I was in hospital on a weekly basis.

I think if it wasn't for my Haemophilia I wouldn't be making this site or doing the 3D art as I would be out playing football etc..
